#11 the stories on the video: Colt Lundy 15 and Paul Gingrich 12
Paul Gingrich was 12 years old when he was sentenced to 25 for the murder of his friend's step-father.
He was sent to Pendleton Juvenile Correctional Facility in Pendleton, Indiana.
His accomplice, 15 year old Colt Lundy was also sentenced for killing his step-father, Phil Danner. He was sentenced to the youth wing of Wabash valley Correctional facility.
do a net search and dig up what you can about the crime...why did they do it?....what arguments did they present? were they remorseful? etc and explain your findings in your blog.

Appently Colt was being abused by his step-father just before the two planned the murder of Phillip Danner. The two teens had planned the shooting weeks in advance and after the incident tried to flee to Arizona to go and live with Colt's real father but never made it. According to the police there were three people involved but the third was not with Colt and Paul when the crime was comitted so he was ruled as a juvenile becasue he knew about the shooting of Phillip Danner. Colt wanted to get back at his step-father for the apparent abuse and dysfunctional family life. Paul was willing to help Colt because he too, was going through family issues.
